Nathaniel Krause, her younger brother who works as an executive director at a film company is also a film maker. She loves being with her family as well as going to picnics and barbecues. There is a deep emotional connection to her brother, and even purchased a home near his house so they can be together frequently. Louisa Krause's Career Louisa Krause's career began in acting not for the sake of financial gain, but rather to be noticed by professional film production companies. This proved to be an effective method. In a Dark Dark House (2007), she was one of the stars in the off-Broadway production Les Liaisons Dangereuses. The first time she tried film acting came in late 2007, when she was cast in supporting roles in the movies Babysitter and The Speed of Life .
