Canadian screen actress who is famous for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first role in 2019. Earthstorm, the 2005's The Perfect Neighbor and The Perfect Neighbor (2006) are among her many credits. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, her father being Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is an actor, director producer and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas first memories are of being a spectator at play rehearsals. Silk made several commercials when she was young. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at minimum two earlier productions of theatre. The actress was in 2009 when she landed as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN recognized her work as Bo along with Lauren in Lost Girl. E! also named it the Best Television Couple in 2013.
