Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her role as public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama show The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Apart from acting, she's been involved in a variety of game shows. She was raised with siblings and brothers at Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's poetess wife Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School was where she studied and played soccer. She briefly studied at Pomona College. Post previously married Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is the husband of Post since 1982. The couple has two daughters.
